The facility is amazing, the classes are tough, but the instructors really pay attention to your form. I just realized that I cannot jump rope for my chisel class, but she kept encouraging me to take it slow and I'll get the hang of it I felt super slow, yet she was encouraging. This place is not too shabby from the front desk, to the fresh juices in the food lounge area, the spa, the locker room and the sun deck. There are great basketball courts, a climbing wall, an indoor track, indoor pool and I could go on and on. Go here and focus on your physical well being. You'll not be disappointed.
