It was so good to see our dear friend and client, Tom Mangen who stopped by our BBF Hollywood Way location this weekend. He visited to inform us that he was leaving at the end of the month to finally conquer the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in Spain. When Tom came to us he was suffering from a bad shoulder, chronic knee pain, an over busy work schedule and had gained allot of weight. At 66 years old, he was afraid that he would not be able to keep his promise he had made to his wife, to experience the life changing adventure of taking the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. He knew that this arduous spiritual journey in Spain would involve walking as much as 20 miles a day, for 20 to 30 days in a row, and he felt that he would never be strong enough to complete it. We were not about to let that happen. We immediately put Tom into a strength training program for his shoulder and knees and saw an almost instant improvement. We corrected his stride and gait and taught him how to walk more efficiently. In only a few months time, Tom was in the best shape he had been in years. He no longer suffered from shoulder or knee pain, had lost over 23 lbs and approached life and this journey with a renewed vigor. We can’t wait to see your facebook updates while in Spain, Tom and we are so proud of your accomplishments. SALUD!

The results Khai has earned on our 90 Day Body Transformation Challenge are real and achievable. His results are a perfect example of how muscle weight is completely different then fat weight and although Khai has only lost a total of 6 lbs he has transformed his body fat by cutting it down by half. AWESOME job Khai!
