Compound Core Exercise Super Set Workout With Arms, and Legs

Alright, here we are with Andrea doing another incredible super set that you can do at your gym. We’re going to be doing some split squats here on the bench and super-setting them with some round the worlds. Now what Andrea is doing is making sure on these split squats that the foot in back of her that is resting on that bench is not applying any pressure on the bench at all. Because if she were applying pressure she would feel it in the knee, the patella or the knee cap on her right leg. She is putting all the weight on her front heel, breathing in when she goes down and out when she comes up. You want to set this up for sets of 15 – 20 reps on each leg. And then flow right into the next exercises which are round the worlds. Here’s Andrea doing the other leg. Remember you are breathing in when going down and out when coming back up. And you are driving that heel into the ground when you are coming back up. Making sure that you are not putting pressure on the front toes or the balls of the feet because if you do, that’s going to apply pressure to the patella or knee cap and you do not want to do that. Compound Exercise Workouts to Burn Fat and Add Lean Muscle Alright! Here is an excellent full body workout: a Tabata drill with three different exercises. Askari here is going to start them off with some pushups then we are going to go into some free weighted squats then we are going to go into some hanging leg raises for the abdominals.

Let’s start out with those pushups Askari get on down there and he’s going to push out 20 pushups. Straight back, make sure that those hips are locked out and proceed.

You always want to make sure that the back is nice and straight and those hips have to stay locked because if they are not and the abdominals push forward you are going to put a strain on the lower back. So you want to breathe out when you push up and breathe in when you go down and really squeeze out that chest...
