Compound Core Exercise Super Set Workout With Arms, and Legs
Alright, here we are with Andrea doing another incredible super set that you can do at your gym.
We’re going to be doing some split squats here on the bench and super-setting them with some round the worlds.
Now what Andrea is doing is making sure on these split squats that the foot in back of her that is resting on that bench is not applying any pressure on the bench at all. Because if she were applying pressure she would feel it in the knee, the patella or the knee cap on her right leg.
She is putting all the weight on her front heel, breathing in when she goes down and out when she comes up.
You want to set this up for sets of 15 – 20 reps on each leg. And then flow right into the next exercises which are round the worlds.
Here’s Andrea doing the other leg. Remember you are breathing in when going down and out when coming back up. And you are driving that heel into the ground when you are coming back up. Making sure that you are not putting pressure on the front toes or the balls of the feet because if you do, that’s going to apply pressure to the patella or knee cap and you do not want to do that.
