Compound Exercise Workouts to Burn Fat and Add Lean Muscle Alright! Here is an excellent full body workout: a Tabata drill with three different exercises. Askari here is going to start them off with some pushups then we are going to go into some free weighted squats then we are going to go into some hanging leg raises for the abdominals.

Let’s start out with those pushups Askari get on down there and he’s going to push out 20 pushups. Straight back, make sure that those hips are locked out and proceed.

You always want to make sure that the back is nice and straight and those hips have to stay locked because if they are not and the abdominals push forward you are going to put a strain on the lower back. So you want to breathe out when you push up and breathe in when you go down and really squeeze out that chest...
