Boring Cardio Training Program? You’re Doing it Wrong!
For years I was a big runner and that was the only cardio training program I needed. I ran track and cross-country in high school and cross-country in college. As a matter of fact, I was a pretty big runner all the way up to my late-30’s when my knees and back started to give out. As you could imagine, I was really bummed when that happened because that’s how I had always managed to stay in shape pretty much on autopilot. After that, I resigned myself to a cardio training program that focused on long boring cardio workouts at the gym where the hours dragged on and on.
