Aerial Arts as Fitness “Built to fly”

Aerial arts has been my fitness passion for the past 18 years. You might wonder how I got into aerial arts…here is the short version. I started working for Club Med as a Horseback riding GO at the village in Playa Blanc Mexico. “G.O.” is French and stands for “Gentil Organisateur”. In English it badly translates to “Nice organizer” or a staff member. The Circus team at that time needed a woman to fly with them so they took me under their wing and taught me to fly. I learned flying trapeze, Spanish web and double trapeze. It was such a blast that I decided to become a Circus GO full time and I went on to learn many other disciplines. What a rush and what a workout!! Read more about Kerri and aerial arts fitness... Ballistic Body Fitness
