JUNE CHALLENGE: You've heard the saying that abs are made in the kitchen. With summer just on the horizon, we want to challenge ourselves to ditch the four whites for the month of June and show off those beach bodies and rockin' abs. What are the four whites to avoid? 1. White flour, 2. White sugar, 3. White rice, 4. White potatoes. Also *monitor white salt intake. For the entire month of June, we'll be posting tips and guidance on how to stick to this plan. But the challenge doesn't end there! We are also adding a minimum of 30min. of cardio/physical activity every day (preferably 1 hour). Any way you want as long as you get it done! Now who's up for the challenge?!
