Hey Team, it's October and soon we'll be swamped with a ton of holiday candies, pastries and bad for you snacks. Since we're going to be besieged by all of these sinfully bad for you goodies, let's change it up by starting this month with a food challenge! Here's our October NO JUNK FOOD challenge! It's for 21 days in length and will start us on these holiday escapades right. So starting today no junk food listed on this sheet is allowed until October 22. Who's with us and gonna take on this challenge!?
