Christopher Winter, M.D. If you sleep great but feel groggy in the a.m., go to bed 15 minutes earlier. Repeat to find your ideal amount.

It's for 21 days in length and will start us on these holiday escapades right. So starting today no junk food listed on this sheet is allowed until October 22.
