Don't forget to Break-The-Fast of sleeping and replenish your energy stores by having a healthy breakfast. I know you've heard it a million times but nothing beats a good bowl of Oatmeal. Did you know that a bowl of Oatmeal could provide over half of the daily value of those hard-to-find omega-3 fatty acids! Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to it, or some eggs for protein, and some fruit and voila'...the perfect breakfast. :-)
