I created the Ballistic Body Fitness system due to a dire emergency in my life. Although I grew up athletically and with martial arts, I left all of that and went into the banking world and really submerged myself into the financial realm when I did that I let myself go. I wasn't working out as much, I was starting to medicate myself with alcohol and food and the next thing I knew I shot up to 278 pounds. My doctor at the time told me that I was dangerously close to a heart attack or stroke and having children I realized that I had to do something drastic in my life. I had to make a change. The reason why I created the Ballistic Body fitness 90 day body transformation system is because I found that 90 days is the perfect amount of time to condition the body for that amazing transformation. "I said that If I'm going to go ahead and spend the money on a trainer and commit to doing this which I felt like I needed to do, because I clearly wasn't able to get it done myself. I felt at the very least I needed a three month kick starter. To get me going and get me in the groove and get me off the ground." In month one it's all about rebuilding the body and getting it conditioned again. We're creating flexibility and strength within the tendons and ligaments we're getting synovial fluids flowing back in there we are helping the lungs get stronger to process oxygen better we are helping to spike your heart rate and get that heart stronger. "It got me rejuvenated to where I wanted to come in more and after seeing the results, I just loved that." Now in month two we really start to rev it up on the clients, things get more intense. What we do is replace all of that fat that has been stored up on the clients with lean sexy muscle. And we cause the body to be able to raise its metabolism and burn fat at an accelerated rate. "I feel like I've lost 40-45 pounds of fat. Because my total net weight loss is 25 pounds but I've put on so much muscle that it's just been crazy so it had to be at least 40 pounds of fat." And in the final 30 days for the 90 day program is when it all starts to come together and you are able to put the conditioning with the strength together and really start to affect the body and cause the metabolism to speed up and burn fat at a really accelerated pace. You are throwing in some tabata drills high intensity circuit training and taking your body to another level not just physically but mentally.
